The Super Whites The ordinary life of a Super Mum

The Super Whites
Some housekeeping and a bucket list.

See that Photograph over there on the right in my sidebar? =============>

I finally managed to make a pretty badge for my photography business Sarah White Images which has been on my to-do list for ages. I realised this weekend that there is no mention or link to my business on my personal blog apart from down in the archives! I am very proud of my business, its been up and running now for nearly a year and is slowly but surely starting to grow into something that I can really believe in. My passion for photography continues to grow and I have taken every opportunity to develop my skills and push my small business forward. Its been a wonderful adventure and I am so grateful for all the help I have had along the way. Pop over to my website and have a look around, let me know what you think if you haven’t visited before!

At the same time if you feel so inclined, would you head over to my Facebook business page and hit LIKE, pretty please!

Another reminder that underneath my new business badge is a button to subscribe to my blog in your Feedreader, that way you will never miss another post! Brilliant. Now I just need to get posting.

Now that the business side of things is over, I thought I might share a little bucket list I have been working on over the last few months:

#1 fly first class
#2 go and see the Northern Lights
#3 go horse riding on a beach again
#4 write a message in chalk on the road in the French Alps
during the Tour de France
#5 make a successful soufflé
#6 cook something from one of Heston’s tv shows or
cookbooks!
#7 get close enough to Everest to see the vapour trail
#8 have a seat at the 18th hole at the US Masters
#9 ski from France to Italy for lunch one day, croissant
breakfast in France at La Rosiere then skiing over Little St Bernard Pass into
Italy for a lasagne lunch and a Bombardion (Italian egg nog drink) in La
Thuile!
#10 drink champagane in Champagne
#11 dye my hair blonde or silver/grey
#12 donate blood and/or bone marrow. Australia won’t let me
because I lived in the UK during the Mad Cow years. Boo.
#13 run a marathon
#14 go to Barcelona and enjoy Gaudi’s brilliance!
#15 ride a bicycle down a long road without holding on
#16 go on a romantic grown-ups holiday to a stunning beach
destination where I can lie on a lounger and drink cocktails with my husband
#17 throw a surprise birthday party, that is a proper surprise!
#18 have another baby
#19 talk to my husband about #18!!!
#20 make beef Wellington
#21 submit a photograph to a judging panel

I will be adding to this as I go along…..

What is on your bucket list, anything I need to add to mine?

  2. Fantastic bucket list! I came across a bucket list that I wrote in my early 20’s recently, and I was amazed at how many of them I had already crossed off. Funny “Visit Australia” was on the list and “Live in London” was there too. Seems like I got them reversed, but no complaints.

love the list Sarah (much more creative than I would have been). Many of the things on your list seem to be Europe based, so I guess we’ll be seeing you soon hey?! (I wish…) xxx (Ana)
